Anvil/Vice combo ?

Have any of you guys owned and or used a Kanca combo anvil/vice?Looks to be well made,for sale from a reputable distributor.Made in Turkey is a concern for me.My main question is about the tools quality.

If you are talking about the Kanca Anvillo anvil/vise combo for forging, or for simply clamping up stuff? They only weigh 37# and the anvil is essentially hollow where the screw box passes through...
