Anyone in the state college area have a old anvil or a hunk of rail for sale im just getting started in knife making also any good coal suppliers on the area ill be running a coal Forge wouldn't mind getting my hands on some good coal lol thanks guys
 
Your best bet is craigslist and little country antique/junk stores. People on knife forums are likely to be savvy to market prices.

Good coal for forging is hard to find. I actually had more success with coal I picked up on the railroad tracks near the powerplant than some coal sold for blacksmithing.

Centaur forge has everything, including good coal, and often ships free.
