What is the best Anvil for the buck Im new to blade and im setting up my forge and shop and i need an anvil of some type any suggestion?

The BEST bang for the buck is one sitting in somebody's barn that they give you because it's in the way 
Keep an eye on eBay/Craigslist/farm sales for your area, they do pop up. You can usually get away cheaper on an old anvil that's seen some use, but if you want a new one, I highly recommendEuroanvils.
The best thing you can do if you've got some time is to just let everybody you come across know you're looking for one. It's really weird how they come out of the woodwork through word of mouth. Odds are somebody you know knows somebody with an old anvil...
