I have not had very good support experience from Bader , shortly after getting mine about 4 years ago , I called them regarding tracking issues with mine , I was constantly told I was going to be sent a replacement part to fix the issue , each time I called it was like there was no history of me calling , after about 6 months of it , I just gave up on trying to get service after the fact , and I did buy mine from them direct.
A local friend bought a bought his BIII and his tracks fine , as does another friends BIII .
