Let me start off by telling you this is NOt a joke - you may have read previous posts where i informed you that my father had passed, wherein i was gifted about 6 containers of stuff 9the list is endless) but you can ask if you like, most of the gear is listed on photobucket, but this one i am having trouble with, considering it is such a rare item.
You will of course do your own research and find out that 'allegedly' Bonha,sauction house of the UK sold this item a few years back for about £30K - the fact that the bike in question has been in my family since 1969 would debate the authenticity of that sale (without prejudice) i had invited Bonhams to our house while my father was still alive and surprisingly they decided to not follow the matter any further.
I have all the registration documentation, prof of ownership since 1969 where my father bought it in the South of france through a friend of his father at the time - My grandfather was a bit of a ladies man and even drove the Monte carol rally at some stage.....
Anyway - Up for sale today is the ORIGINAL onkey bike belonging to John Lennon.........there are photos of both him an Julian on this bike at their Estate.........there are also photos of me and my sister over the years riding the bike too.
Sale is as is where is - if it isnt for you, but you think yo may know somoen that may be interested there will be a finders fee 9 to be agreed in due course) Still no joke !
If you are serious, this will cost you U$D 250,000.00 excluding shipping, Insurance, transport etc etc - the bike is viewable at my Family house upon appointment -
