Any Black Friday sales on Guardian Tactical?

Would like to find a good price (25%ish off or more )on an 040 SE to try out.

Everywhere I’ve seen is $379 stainless/$389 black new.

Been watching classifieds for some time. Rarely pop up and I’ve been too slow lol

The GT 040 SE is a hard knife to find either new or aftermarket. I've owned many OTF's and the 040 is my favorite large OTF. It has a blade a bit bigger in length and width than the Combat Troodon. The action is as fast as any MT but much easier to actuate both out and in. The blade has about the same amount of looseness as MT's.

I hate to say this but as a user knife it is better than my Combat Troodon.

If you want to try one you better plan on finding one new and paying the full price.

I believe retailers need the manufacturers permission before putting their wares in sale, I haven't seen any on sale myself

I’ve got an 035 DE I picked up in the classifieds for a good price and unfortunately it has spoiled me lol. Been lookin for an 040 now since I want it for a user and easier to justify using it getting it 2nd hand or for a good price. I think you’re right though, may just have to man up and buy one new haha. Thanks.

I started with a 035 SE and spent a long time hunting an 040 before I found a lightly used one on Arizona Custom Knives for under $300.
