Any Brand Horror Story knife failures

I've seen literally dozens of Colt Steel throwers snap when landing on the spine and send parts of the blade flying. I've also seen them snap on solid strikes but it doesn't send them flying.

I had a Spyderco Endura that would slip with just a little pressure. Never had a failure because I never trusted it. After that knife and my rattlesnake Buck 110 I hate lockbacks.

My Buck Vantage Force Pro no longer engages the blade at all when open. If I trusted it I'm sure it would end badly for me.
