Any Buck Experts in Here?

Your welcome. There are so many Buck models no one could know them all. They come up on the bay and some collectors here have that model. Don't know if they'll part with it but you never know. I stumble into them at shows. Sit tight, you'll get one. Is it the 703? DM
 
I really think it is the 703. The look and size are what I remember and the blades were satin finish. I'm patient, and thanks again :)
 
OK. Buck started sanding them, giving them the satin finish in 86. Look for a block lettered stamp w/ early year date. That a nice hefty model. DM
 
I think the one I had was plain wood without and pin/shield. I found one like that but the blade configuration is off. I am remembering now that Dick's used to carry a lot of Buck knives that I never found in catalogs or the likes.
 
Those without pins were from the late 80's and are most likely done in the Custom Shop. Many little changes were done to this model in the Custom Shop. DM
