• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Any Chance GB, Husqvarna and Wetterlings are affiliates? Factory SXS Videos.

This fella say they were bought out by another company.

GD bought Wetterlings a year or two ago. And Wetterlins was contracted by Husky to make them some tools

In 2008 Wettelings was purchased by Gabriel Brandy, the owner of Granfors Bruks. They still operate as two separate factories (from what I hear) but they are owned by the same person.

Hasqvarna contracts with Wetterlings, and apparently all Swedish axe manufacturers for their axe heads. That is why you see variations between different smaples. Currently a number of axes have been released under the Husqvarna name that were manufactured by Hults Bruk/Hultafors.

For some more info on the different Swedish axe manufacturers, you can see here: http://woodtrekker.blogspot.com/2010/12/brief-history-of-swedish-axe.html
