Any chance of releasing AFCK again???

If there's one thing I wished BM did more, it would be for them to entertain suggestions from the forums. Your customers would LOVE to see this model again. Easy money ;) Everyone wins.

I've been dreaming of the return of the AFCK. By far my favorite Benchmade ever to be produced.

Make it in S30v to help keep the price down. Heck, N690Co or 154CM would be good too.

S30V would make for an amazing knife at a great price! 154CM wouldn't be bad either, but an S30V version would be affordable and an all-around great user!

There were a couple of GORGEOUS ones on the Exchange yesterday........drool!!

Yep, I REEEEEAALLLY wanted that 806BK-1101, but without selling my KW limited 806, I couldn't have justified the expense. And even then, at $350, that's about the range where it's worth too much for me to carry. :-/ Maybe when I have more disposable income a decade from now, haha.

Linerlock, s30v. Love it. This should be a user and should be relatively "affordable."

I hope they re-run the AFCK so badly, I'm not even picky about the version, as long as it isn't a 250-piece Gold Class knife or anything foolish like that.

Are TSEKs any easier to score?

Not really, it's the same handle, just a different bladeshape and grind. Love that one too.

I'm with everyone, I'll take what I can get! S30V, 154CM, D2, whatever makes it easy for them. That said it would be nice though to see one that's affordable and available in greater numbers. We'll see. I have a feeling they're going to release another one sometime soon. I hope....

I'm sure that having more posts in this thread won't hurt the cause!

Good plan................so here's another one. ;)

I've kicked myself for not stocking up on a pile of AFCK's, but who would have thought BM would discontinue such a wonderful knife? Seriously, why cut one of their best all-time knives? A reintroduction would be an instant success. Maybe they're already making as much money as they want............

I own 3 all from the secondary market, but I would love a chance to buy one brand spanking new.

Probably discontinued because it was too large a knife for most, and it was not making enough money. They do like money, a lot.

The original 800 series was a pretty big success back in the old days. In speaking with various industry folks over the years, the 806D2 series just didn't hit the sales numbers as much as was expected. It was very popular with a niche audience, but not enough to keep it catalogued much past 2005. I would love to see someone commission another custom run of them like Knifeworks did. Benchmade is still able to tool up for the 806 last I heard!

Found my forgotten AFCK in ats 34.

Smoother than my 740 Dejavoo.
