This was the shop manager's child. The worksmanship was very very good. Yangdu loses money at 85; that was just the mopre than fair price you'd sell a khuk to a friend, knowing the design hadn't panned out. We won't be seeing that again, I hope, for it means financial troubles for HI.
Too much weight too far back in the hand, or not enough weight forward; take your pick. Though to balance out a khuk already weighing 40 ounces with forward weight is not practical....
If the blade comes back, we'll be looking at a 170, maybe higher priced blade. I talk to Yangdu occasionally but the situation changes too much for me to know what is happening.
