Should be well know website. How they are? Did anybody buy knives from them?

Thanks, Vassili.

I've bought a few knives from and found them to be a pleasure to work with. Prices are pretty good, and the folks I've talked to seemed to know what they were talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I've picked up a few items from them this year. I am very happy with their prices and their service, and have never had a problem with their merchandise. They have a tremendous selection, and I like the pictures and descriptions giving me so much information. I used to link to them when someone asked about a knife, because they could find out so much from the website.

I've ordered from them and have received great service; good prices, great selection, and prompt delivery. I used to insist on going through The Cutlery Shoppe because I feel their service was outstanding, but they don't seem to have the selection they once had.

Another satisfied customer. You can't beat the selection, and they often have cool clearance items. Only complaint is they use CGI scripts for the catalog that make it slow during peak times and they don't give you nice photos of the knives like some sites do. Also some of the stuff is outdated and no longer available so make sure you read the descriptions.

The prices are competitive overall, like I said make sure to check the clearance. I paid the $10 to get the printed catalog with an order once and it was huge beyond belief. Brought it to work one day and never saw it again.

I agree with the others who posted. Their website is well organized and a pleasure to view, but slow to load at times. Their prices aren't the lowest on the web, but their specials are usually very economical. Service and support have been very good on my few orders. In one instance I was able to find a knife available nowhere else (154-CM Talon) on special for less than I'd ever seen it listed elsewhere previously. I find I often browse their site to look at knives and product lines I know little about, as it is easy for me to use.

Also good experiences. Their in-stock inventory is pretty large, and I often go to them if I'm looking for something that's been discontinued for a little while. I've found places with lower prices, but it usually doesn't take Knifecenter three weeks to get something to you.

I have good experiences with them.
Last year I ordered a knife from them. It had to travel all the way from the USA to the Netherlands. Something went wrong during customs and the knife was temporarily lost. After a few weeks the package was suddenly send back to knifecenter.com. They send it again to me, and this time it arrived within a week.
During this time I had a lot of (e-mail) contact with them. They were always nice and helpful. I can recommend them!

Thanks, Vassili.

Does anybody know what's going on with KNIFECENTER.COM lately?

I ordered a knife from them about 6 weeks ago - an Entrek Cobra. I got an automated order acknowledgement from them. But my order hasn't been processed and I haven't gotten a reply from any of my email or messages. The customer service number goes unanswered. I've been trying for a couple of weeks now.

Check my last message.

The store in question is The Knife Store, not the knifecenter.com

My apologies to the knifecenter.com
