Any Confidence in Mike at Spydie Store?

Hi all,
I wanted to get impressions on the folks at Spydie Store. On 10/9 I ordered and paid for a Damascus Caly 3. On 10/11 I emailed to confirm it shipped, which it hadn't. Mike explained he had lots of orders and he'd get to it. On 10/13 I received a paypal confirmation that shipping information for USPS had been received. I followed tracking all through the week of the 15th but USPS never showed any movement, only that "shipping info was received." I contacted Mike on teh 18th and 19th for updates to confirm shipment and find out what's going on. He replied on Friday that he was worried and would contact USPS on Saturday morning to find out. I didn't hear from him Saturday, SUnday, or Monday. On Monday morning, yesterday, I again contacted him for status but didn't hear back. It is now Tuesday morning, two weeks after paying for an item and I have no clue where this thing is.
I've never done business with SPydie Store before. Can I trust them to make it right? Anyone have any input on this? I know we get used to fast shipping and instant gratification but I think at two weeks out with the potential for a somewhat pricey knife being lost, Spydie Store might be a little more responsive and proactive in either getting a new knife out and dealing with USPS separately.

I don't know the first thing about Spydie Store, but if the tracking number still shows just that "shipping info was received." it has yet to be mailed.

Just start the dispute process through PayPal claiming you never received the item. They will take care of you.
