Any custom hawk makers WILLING to make a custom eyeless hawk head out of 5160 or other high-impact/spring steel??

It won't have an eye, so no forge welding required, but will require moving some metal to make "cheeks, and I don't know how precisely the area where the haft will go has to be. This will be a bit of a project, as I want it mounted to a Vector haft, and will have to be finalizing drawings between the head maker and Vector. Anyone up to it?
