Any ESEE news around?

well you guys are in luck- there's still some 440C ESEE Imlay's hanging out various places.
They used to offer an ESEE 4 in 440C.

Honestly I can't expect too much more from ESEE- they make a product the way they want to make it and avoid the latest fads, and it serves me pretty well.
Even the S35VN had been well established before they started using it.
I kind of respect them for their decisions, even when they know their following has a wish list.

I managed to find this, confirming that the AGK in S35VN is slated for this year, and it also seems to be the only new addition.

They need to do the Candiru in S35VN.
Do you like the regular candiru? I keep fooling myself into thinking I really want one, but it seems like the blade's too thick for it's miniscule size.

It seems pretty cool although I’ve never actually used one. It’s been years since I’ve seen one in person so I don’t remember the thickness.

I came across this… been jonesing for a CR 2.5, but knowing the 3.0 is coming out I just can’t pull the trigger. Looks like the AGK is going to come first, and no definite release date for the CR 3.0. Either of them look like slam dunks.

They are pretty much trying to stay up with the demand for their current models (demand went up greatly during COVID and the pending end of world), this is delaying any of the other models planning or new releases.

Just an update- looks like last week the Ashley Game Knife in S35VN hit the shelves, finally.

Unfortunately for them, timing is everything.
Back when I started this thread, I was ready to throw money at one.
I've cooled off now on both the AGK and the CR3.0.
