Any etched & stripped BG's?

This one turned out pretty good. Still a lot of work to do sanding, but the etch is good.
 
That looks great! Have you had any rust issues? I seem to find very mixed results on Internet searches. Some say it patinas nicely and then doesn't really rust anymore while others say it rusts if you look at it funny.
 
If you don't get all of the decarb off, it will rust aggressively. AZTim has a great photo in one of the threads that shows small spots of decarb that are rusted to hell, the clean metal is fine. I believe that was INFI, but SR101 behaves similarly. Definitely more susceptible to corrosion, but a light coat of oil now and then will keep the bad stuff from forming. Then you get a nice patina. For sure, don't let rust scare you off. So much better looking naked[emoji12]
