If you don't get all of the decarb off, it will rust aggressively. AZTim has a great photo in one of the threads that shows small spots of decarb that are rusted to hell, the clean metal is fine. I believe that was INFI, but SR101 behaves similarly. Definitely more susceptible to corrosion, but a light coat of oil now and then will keep the bad stuff from forming. Then you get a nice patina. For sure, don't let rust scare you off. So much better looking naked[emoji12]
