I was looking around to see who has the new
Native III, and google found www.newgraham.com
as one of the hits.

So far, I've usually used knifecenter.com for
my purchases, but newgraham has the Native III
for about $6.00 less than knifecenter.com, which
is more than a 10% savings. At least, it covers
the cost of UPS.

BUT -- I've always had great service with knifecenter,
so I'm hesitant to change just for $6.00. As time
goes on, though, those savings add up...

SO - has anyone used newgraham for any purchases?
If so, any opinions?

I have ordered a couple of blades from them. They are great to deal with, always arrive in a timely manner. 6 bucks is 6 bucks!
 
Try a search in the GB&U forum. They are well-respected, I can't recall reading something bad about them - but then again, I personally never did any business with New Graham yet.
 
I did buisness with them. They are VERY nice and understanding. I even asked the guy to completely describe a handle for me, which he had to actually go look for in the back. He was a nice guy and almost appologetic for not knowing much about that particular knife. (Which he ended up knowing quite a bit about anyway).

Nice people, good customer service, great website, great prices...how could you go wrong?

I came from similiar roots. I've made about 4 purchases from knifecenter.com and have had no problems with them. I was reluctant to try New Graham. But they had a great reputation and even better prices, so I gave them a go with my most expensive knife to date, and they came through with flying colours. Updates on the order status, quick and kind replies, and quick shipping. Plus, they threw in a cool little Band-Aid dispenser :) Give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

New Graham are good folks. Always fast to respond, will look out for odd items for you and will reserve you pre-order products if you ask nice enough ;)
 
Made one purchase from them. Fast service, tracknig number, the works.
No problem ordering from them again.
 
great customer service!!! fast shipping!!!!! I believe it was Mike (?) that I dealt with there in the past, he is a really good guy to deal with.:)
 
I've made most of my recent knife and knife related purchases through them--Benchmade 806D2, Benchmade 550, Spyderco Sharpmaker and ultra fine rods and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting about.

I recommend them without reservation. I've experienced very competitive prices, great customer service and prompt shipping at very competitive shipping rates :)
 
No hesitation to buy from Newgraham,

I've made a few purchases from them before and would absolutely do it again at the drop of a hat. No hesitations or problems over here man. Awsome service!
 
I've ordered a MOD Trident and a couple of others from NGK. If they don't have, they'll get it for you. Outstanding service.
 
Giving credit where credit is due. I also buy from knifecenter, mostly because I can drive there in 20 min. and good prices. But NGP has been great on orders where I will save some even over knifecenter. After my first order with them the lovely sounding lady even remembered my name and was very friendly,knowledgeable reassuring, like we were cousins. I buy from them 50% of the time now and will probably do more.
 
also spoke to Mike a while ago about a BM42C was super easy to deal with on the phone and package arrived with some bandaids with newgraham pharmacy on them. can't beat that :)
