Any experience with www.japaneseknifedirect.com ?

I agree with spyken, a friend and I have both bought knives from them and they have been great for the both of us.
 
Yep... Its been awhile, but I don't think there is much to worry about, unless things have changed recently
 
I bought from them about six months ago. They were very good to deal with. I'd gladly buy from them again.
 
I've bought my share of knives and stones from Koki and Jemmy under their other site; www.japanesechefsknife.com ; and their products are great, shipping is extremely fast, and their service is great, too, should you ever need to return an item.
 
I've bought from both their sites in the past. Perfect transaction from them. I would recommend.
 
I bought a knife and it was all good.
Service etc. all fine.

After having the knife for some time I broke the pocket clip.
I contacted them and asked about getting it repaired.
I didn't think there was a problem with the knife, I though it was my fault.

They said that they had improved the design of the clip and to send it to them to get fixed.
They fixed it for free.

A good dealer all around.
