Any Farriers Rasp Brands To Stay Away From?

I've heard from a couple farriers that the new save edge rasps are case hardened mild steel, and those would be crap. The old ones were something like 1095 though. Other brands I couldn't say, but I'm sure someone else probably case hardens too.
You'd probably just have to test them.
