Any folders with a Busse-like guarantee?

So, A0 why not a 'Severtech/Busse' compilation on this one? Busse supplies the balde and Severtech the rest of the knifeworkings? Then have a clearly stated 'limited warranty' on what will be covered 'within reason, to be decided by the Busse company', no arguements from the consumer. A 'take it or leave it' type warranty; heck, there's lots of items we all use daily that come with '1year warranties' that barely cover replacement of said items.

The other route I favor is a 'Case Stockman' type, Gentleman's Busse folder, with the same 'no customer quibbling warranty'. It'd be nice to be able to sit and whittle the time away with a Busse awaiting whatever it is one happens to be waiting for, be it friend, dinner, or the UPS guy with the next Busse order!
 
Kershaw - lifetime warranty regardless of who the owner is. I they can't fix it, or feel the repaired knife may present a possible danger or doesn't meet QC as it would have when first leaving the factory, they replace it, no questions asked.
