Well, I know CRKT has one, you can e-mail them about it at their website, www.crkt.com . Also Randall knives, whose address is www.randallmadeknives.com . Oh yes, also http://www.agrknives.com/agrussell/ag210.html
They'll only send you a few catalogs unless you buy something. Hope this helps..

Cold steel, Benchmade, CRKT to name a few.. I knwo there have been times that I have 'ordered' catalogs but was not charged anythign eventhough the webpage said $5.00 per catalog but refundable with yur first order.

I guess you have to take the risk - they just want to filter out window hoppers probably...
