Chris, there isn't a specific instructional. Cecil Quirino, owner of Kris Cutlery, took a trip to Indonesia and PI with camera in hand. He taped his trip called "Crossing the Sulu Sea" in one of the tapes he hired a Muslim to "dance" where he showed forms with the kris and barong. This was more of a free play demo for the camera. Lots of circular play, probably different than what you might imagine. Think along the lines of a heavy cleaver.

Chris, it's best of you call Cecil. A decent book on history of the Muslim blades is Cato's Moros and Their Swords. There is a pic of swordplay, where the scabbard is used as a shield. Whatever you do, do not do abanico and be careful when drawing.
