Any good blanks?

First off, I wanted to say hello everybody. This is my first post. I am a young slingshot maker looking to add another hobby onto my long list of hobbies. Don't think that I just grab a branch off of a tree and call it a slingshot, I sometimes put up to 20 hours into a slingshot. The reason why I am looking for knife blanks is because I lack any sort of power tools. I understand that shaping the metal is most of the knife making process, but I want to start off small. So if any of you guys could point me to a website that sells nice blanks at a reasonable price, that would be great. I was thinking this: http://www.knifemaking.com/product-p/j8158.htm is a good choice, I just want some form of verification on my opinion. The blade needs to be relatively small (3.5 inches).
