I have an old usmc kabar that has a worn out handle that needs replacement. Is there anyone here with experience with a site that sells canvas micarta? I'm looking for enough material to make one handle (the same size and shape as the stacked leather handles on the usmc's) I also would be interested in anyone who could make one for me, as I don't have a drill press, and drilling out the hole for the tang would be an absolute bitch. I was thinking blue and black multicolor would be perfect, but im not too worried about color. I know kabar sells leather handle replacements, not interested in the slightest.

I almost always get my micarta and G10 from AKS. Scroll down, micarta is at the bottom of that page. If you want black/blue multicolor, you could use G10. As far as I know micarta is only available in black, brown, natural, green and burgundy.
If you don't have a drill press, you could use thinner pieces (which would be easier to drill than a block) and stack them up like the leather was originally.
