Fisher Space Pen has a leather wallet that has a special pocket that carries an included chrome Bullet pen. IIRC the whole setup costs around $40. There is also another ballpoint pen (can't recall who the manufacturer is) that is quite skinny and has a long clip so it will attach itself to the inside of your wallet where it folds in half. I think I saw this advertised in a Herrington catalog. Personally, I'd rather have the Fisher one.

I just got one of the fisher space pen wallets from ebay for $25!! It is a great little set-up and I have really enjoyed it. I would recommend it highly!!!!
