Season 1:
In episode 3 ; Abigail Hobbs uses a fixed blade Buck Hunting knife to gut Nicholas Boyle.
In Episode 13 ; a leatherman juice is found in Will Graham's pocket
Season 2
In Episode 5 ; Hannibal's kidnapper uses a Byrd Flight folding knife to slit Hannibal's wrists.
In episode 12 ; Masons father's knife is a Case CV pen knife.
Lecter uses a carbon steel Scalpel to stab Matteo in the femoral artery.
Carlo carries a Spyderco Delica which Will uses to free Lecter .
In the finale ; Hannibal's kitchen knives are Type 301 Chroma Cutlery stainless steel kitchen knives.
The small curved Blade used to gut Will and Slit Abigail's throat is a Wood handled fixed blade linoleum knife.

In Silence of the lambs ; Lecter acquires a Schrade liner lock Trapper with schrimshaw handles from a dead police officer.
In Hannibal ; He uses a Serrated Spyderco harpy ( not plain edge like most people think)
Clarice uses a Michrotech Socom.
Lecter also uses a Scalpel during the brain scene.
In Red Dragon ; Lecter uses a letter opener.
The bad guy ; Dolarhyde uses a Pick lock Italian Stiletto Switchblade with a saber ground bayonet blade.
In the final fight Will uses a fillet knife to stab the killer in the leg.
In Hannibal rising ; Lecter uses a Katana to behead a butcher.
He uses a tanto to kill Kolnas and Grutas.
Grutas uses an FHM Balisong to torture Hannibal.
Later Lady Murasaki uses it to kill a thug.
Finally; one of the henchmen threatened Lecter with a Pick lock Stiletto Switchblade.
There ; all done. This compilation was not easy.
