I checked a few places and they were sold out and some never had any to sell. I was wondering if anybody seen them after christmas on sale yet or if there are some left at all? Thanks

Gone at the wallys near me, they didn't have many to start with. I hope everyone that was hunting for one found them.

Checked Tues. AM at the only WW in my area to have them. 112's were gone and only 1 tin of the china multiblades left. Darn :thumbdn: I shoulda picked up another 112 when I had the chance.

Dave, do ya know if those 1000+ have the same tang stamp as the tin boxed units?
Did we ever find out how many of the WW 112 tins were shipped?

None at my closest 3 Walmarts. I am glad I went ahead and bought a couple extra at the regular price. By comparison, last year at this time, all three of these Walmarts had clearance 110's available. I think these 112's were produced in substantially fewer numbers than the 110 from last year. The slipjoint sets were gone well before Christmas.

I know where alot of them went:rolleyes: ...check out that well known auction site that begins with a vowel. Those dealers must have bought a sheet(thanks Goose)load of them in hopes of making a buck(did I say that???). Happy New Year to you all, Preston

Goose, on page 8 of the Club newsletter, 4000 leftover blades with the arched "BUCK" tang stamp were sent to dealers in standard 112s

I dont remember off the top of my head how many were sold but it was a lesser number this year. The goal was to have them sell out and not have to argue over returns or mark-down money.

I hate to revel in other's pain but I am glad they are all sold.

I do hope all who were hunting them did get at least one.

The tin was a total work of art for both projects.

Dang. I should have bought more than two 112's in the tins at Wal-Mart in Jerome, ID on December 14th. Such is life. I shall savor what I have.

Yes thanks to another fellow BCCI member, Wal marts around here wouldnt even carry the 112 this year. :(

Thanks BCCI Member # 1186 :D LOL

I just ran out and bought the last three 112s at my local WM. They are getting put away with three new in box WM 110s from last year. My kids will get these in a year or two.
