I went to a local antique shop today and ended up purchasing a small hatchet. The hallmark seems to either be 700 or 7OU. Any ideas on what it could be
? As a bonus question there were 2 axes at the shop one was a thoroughbred and the other a double sided Kelly. I don't know much about axes so , at $99 a piece, I left them there. Should I go back and pick them up at that price?
