Any Ideas On This Ivory Handled Sword ?

I cam by this sword a few weeks ago in a lot I bought. This is an odd one to me as I can find nothing similar. The bottom guard looks correct and not broken. I am thinking this from the 1790s to 1800 time period? Any ideas?

Most pieces I've seen with that style of hilt are German, if I remember correctly.
