Hey Will, and everybody. I have been out of pocket for a while mainly due to work, Holiday stuff, family stuff and a new found passion, straight razors. It is good to be back.

This is an excellent idea, and it encapsulates your always giving to this community. Keep up the good work, and count me in!

Hey all, I'll try to get the post started this weekend; will probably be covering topics in the following order -- if I miss something or by one would like additional topics covered, let me know!

Topics:

- recommended / required supplies
- cleaning up your 01 blades
- handle scale maintenance
- sharpening & edge maintenance
- diy fixes, personalization, tinkering, an other requested topics (content TBD)

Again, look for something Saturday or Sunday ;)

Awesome Will, I look forward to this.

Looking forward to it as well.

This is an awesome idea. Just the other night, I was rubbing a little oil on the blade of my knife after washing, and was wondering to myself if there was something special I need to do to take care of that beautiful Tuxedo it's wearing :)

If some good information is pulled together here, I'd be happy to get it posted onto the Fiddleback website as well.

Awesome -- thanks! I'll have the thread up this afternoon and will add more content over the following week or so!
