Any knife makers in So Cal? Need a soft blank hollow ground.

Looking for some help getting a "non hardened / carbon steel" 5 1/2" blade / blank hollow ground next week. For a production sample. South OC CA.

I am in between San Diego & LA and plan to drive rather than ship.
