My employer was going to throw this in the trash, but I thought I would save some of this stuff from the junkyard and perhaps pass it on. If you are interested in this and can come and pick it up...It's yours! FREE!! (provided that I am not to be held liable for anything that might harm you in whatever you do with it)

Depending on your location from Boise, I might consider delivery for a fee (shop tour, etc)

I neither have inkling, nor the desire to work this crap as I have machined more of it than I care to see for a very long time.

There is one piece of blue but the rest is mainly yellow, green or black G10 and a few decent sized pieces of phenolic or micarta..I think they are the same....not sure on that.

wish I lived closer , that chunk of thick yellow would be good to have around.

Don't get me wrong..I am not opposed to breaking this up..But would prefer to make it all go away at one time. The only reason for me to do this, is to perhaps help out a knifemaker..Something that I would like to do now and then and perhaps become one myself...Believe me..I am busy gathering tools to do just that..,

I will give this a few days before breaking it up..Say this weekend I will offer it up for cheap plus shipping..Gotta have a beer whilst packing ;-)

So, fair warning...If I don't get this outta my garage by 02/12/2010, it is getting turned into beer money! ( I get beer, you get some nice sized pieces!
I forgot to mention, this is 1/4, 3/8 and I believe 1/2 thick stuff..The phenolic looks to be between 1/4 and 5/16 thick.

I am not close enough to pick it up but would consider sending beer money. How much beer you planning to buy?

Seriously dude, there's a lot of beer money in that box. I might be in for some if you do decide to sell it off in pieces.

Haha-

I guess when I say "beer money", I might give the wrong impression. I am a college student at the moment, albeit an older student. Beer money is probably not quite the correct terminology. The funds may also be used in furthering my attempts at garnering more tools for the job/hobby.

I will keep a list of interested parties that are emailing and sending pm's for this weekend.

I would be very interested in some as well! I would love to pay for a flat rate box full or something!

Bill, if you still have it I'll come pick it up from you. or you can drop it of for future lessons.:D

Guys-

This package is GONE!

Sorry to all that have responded too late!

I have arranged for the package by pm.

If I come across anymore materials useful, then I will post similar deals!
