Any knifemakers care to give a Balisong making tutorial ? PLEASE !?

Are those the type Texas Knifemaker's Supply sells? They look similar, as I bought four to take a look. I didn't feel they would hold up on a user balisong. I imagine they make a standard folder open like silk. Very handsome knife you have there.

Thanks RARanney it is smooth,,
no,, these bearings I get from Eastern Bearing company here in Maine.
I'll have to make one of them to give it a workout
and see if they'll hold up..
I think about how hard good bearings are
compared to bushings,,it just sounds right to me..

I've always thought so. Seperating the friction over a larger area of smaller contact points would be better than a single large bearing surface. Provided you can still maintain the same level of control that the bushings offer. With modern synthetic lubicants and materials available, I don't see how it's not possible to make a small enough closed roller bearing that would stand up to the rigors of balisong manipulation. Especially in a snadwich construction bali when the pivot is no longer under the same torsional stress as the old tang fork construction. The search continues.
