Thanks very much OT! The problem at the moment is that there's only about 5 hours of gloomy twilight per day up here, and, it's getting worse until 22 nd Dec so taking any shots is tricky. Acrylic especially so, will see what I can manage.

In April of 2014, I bought my first Rough Rider knives, a set of 12 assorted patterns. It contained several equal end patterns in amber jigged bone.
Whittler (although with the wedge "splitting" the springs, it's actually thicker on one end):

I have a cellidor Tinker, and thought it was (were?) equal ends. Will take another look.
