Dunno if it's been licensed specifically for two models or if the Delica and Endura (and I think the Rescue) are just considered best suited for the wave feature, but I like it and would love to see more with the option. Any chance more will be added to the lineup?

What knives would folks like to see have this feature? Native, Military, Paramilitary?

None. I do not like the Wave at all on Spyders. It's the HOLE, Man! The Wave changes the whole look of the knife. But some users love it.

While I like the wave feature, it probably would require a redesign of the mil or paramil to work, as those knives only allow for tip down carry at the moment. I like it on the knives that have it, it might just ruin the looks of a military though.

It would with me, ruin the look. The Millies are good look'n knives. Maybe R&D can design something else that would work.

Me likey Wave very much.
A para like would sure get me interested:D but i think the design of the para millie is not quiet favourable for a wave.

My dream is a waved Police, with of course a 4 way clip option, a lanyard hole, and acid-etched.

And then I woke up.

A waved serrated hawkbill would be really nice....especially with a rounded/blunted tip for rescue work.

I'm inclined to see the removable wave as the way forward here.

Perhaps on the next version of the Chinook?

I think a removable wave bar should be an option on most of the the tip-up/tip-down models. If you dislike the look, remove the bar; it would be easy also to produce the same blade without the threaded hole, just one less operation.

We'll have to pool our resources and come up with the worlds greatest knif....

N'ah i'm too lazy.

I think Spyderco comes pretty close to perfect knives alraedy(as my credit card debt shows:eek:), but I think the removable wave is such a cool idea that it should be an option on more of their knives.
I'm DEFINITELY too lazy to make the world's greatest knife.:)

I too would love to see more waved/ removable wave knives. I think it's an awsome feature in any clip-sporting knife. In particular, a removable wave, 4 way civilian or ayoob would be just about tits as far as I'm concerened. But, then I'd realy be broke, so it's a two way street for sure.
