It would be nice to have something in G-10, with the Wave, and the Ball Bearing Lock.
 
I agree.

It would be nice to see broader application of the Emerson Wave within the Spyderco product line. The new G-10 Endura if waved would loosen my wallet.

I suppose if the wave was popularly received, sold more, we would already be seeing more waved knives from all manufacturers. However, perhaps it is the licensing of the Wave from Ernie Emerson that causes a pinch point for Wave enthusiasts and not lack of popularity. I wonder...

Love my waved Endura 4. My favorite EDC for quite some time now.

If you bought a waved endura and a g10 endura you could make the knife of your dreams a reality for about $160. then ebay the remaining knife and you could probably do it for <$120

Just do what I did to my older endura 4. I have two of them now, but I waved my older one with my dremel and it didn't involve ruining the hole either. It looks just like the ones that you buy waved, but I did it myself and it was cheaper in price. Just buy the G-10 handled knife and put on your own wave.
 
There is a SALT-1 on Ebay right now that has a WAVE. The box is marked C88PYL. I don't think that it is a factory wave. Spyderco hasn't made any SALT knives with a wave have they? I would post a link but I don't think you are aloud to post active ebay links. It is at $50 with over 2 days to go.
 
I just got a pkal, and I love it to death. It is definitley the most formidable 3" folder on the market, no contest, but its not an ideal EDC. I personally would like to see the same style blade with the removable wave, but on a FRN handle, with either the bb lock, or the comp lock, which is just as smooth and strong, but probably cheaper. I think the catalog is getting saturated with G10 handles, and so I would like just the bi-directional FRN scales over full steel liners, so they could be replaced with g10 if the owner so chooses. With a lanyard hole if possible.

I'm working on the pics, my pic-phone broke so right now I just have a 20 dollar phone from wally world until I can save up for a better one.......or Maybe I'll just borrow my GF's phone real quick before she wakes up from her nap....I'll post again shortly with my two enduras. Now keep in mind they aren't the prettiest looking things, but they are effective and they work. I can quick draw from my left and right pockets at the same time. Kind of like an old western except I'm pulling out two enduras.
 
Let's see if it worked. There should be two pics of my endura 4 blades.
