simple. takes a little bit of fussing since i only took out the blades rather then. if you can take it apart and put it back together then it should be easy.

Ugh, the glass "cutting board" strikes again! Methinks mom needs a nice wood or bamboo cutting board. Yes, they'll require maintenance, but no more than knives used on glass.
