Having missed out on the Ironwood 74 I needed a wood fix and appeased that need with this Olive Opinel no 8. It's beautiful! All better now!

This is the knife that i have re-done the wood on. It was just the stock standard beech, now the wood just pops all the grain and tiny fissures in the grain. It is my first attempt at re-doing knife scales and i am really happy how it turned out. Hope you have a good weekend and take care.
