Any opinions on TheKnifeStore.com?

Hey, guys!

I found some decent deals on some knives at theknifestore.com, but I've never dealt with them before, and am a little skeptical of their return policy (exchange only and they charge a 20% restocking fee). Has anybody ever had any experience with them?

I know what I want and don't really plan on returning any items
(Fallkniven A1 $117.50, Becker BK10 $41) but just want to make sure that I'm sent the products I want in a timely and professional way. Some personal service is always appreciated too.

With that in mind, if you guys haven't dealt with these guys, before, are there any other web stores selling knives that you recommend?

Have only ordered some "Sack-Ups", basically knife storage rolls and sleaves, from theknifestore.com. Service/price was good and email communications were excellent. A shipping notice/USPS Tracking# was sent after the order was processed, on the next business day.
Couldn't ask for more than that.
