The Delica is an awesome blade and a fan favorite for good reason.
Honestly, I'd just probably pick up the Delica 4 FFG.
But since you're looking for other suggestions for small/medium EDC's around the same price range, solid, and great knives.... here's some to look at...
-Spyderco Dragonfly 2 British Racing Green and ZDP-189 steel. You can get this right around the same price as the Delica and this has much better steel. You can also get the Black, Orange, or Pink with the same steel as in the Delica 4 FFG(VG-10) for a little cheaper, but I would definitely go for the ZDP-189 version.
-Spyderco Native FRN - s30v steel(couple steps above VG-10), FRN handles in Black or Pink, around the same size of the Delica, a little thicker, feels more comfortable in hand to me due to the choil, it fits the hand like a glove and makes a great EDC.
-Spyderco Centofante 3
-Benchmade Mini Grip in your choice of Drop Point or Sheepsfoot and Colored Handles.
If you wanna go a little bigger:
-Kershaw JYD 2.2 Composite Blade - D2 cutting edge, manual flipper, awesome blade, you can get the Blem for $55. If you want an all black blade you can get the limited all black Kershaw JYD 2.2 Composite Blem for $65.
