Any plans for a manual Samaritan?

Hey Sal,
I really like the look of the new Samaritan but I love in one of them states where I can't buy autos. I am a HUGE fan of the R-2 and this looks like a R-2 with G-10 which is perfect. I want to buy it but it being an auto is putting out of my reach. I could buy it but not legally carry it.
 
I second that ! I too like the looks of this one. I also like the Citadel!
Sal how about a manual only version for us Canadians & others who cannot legally own the auto version.

That, and the Citadel as well would be very nice, given Australia's laws as well (and those in the CC club who have auto laws).
 
The Citadel looked like a good design, but I'd rather have a manual version as well if I were going to purchase one.
 
Hahaha, everybody always complained that there were no autos, so they make a couple autos and everybody wants them manual.
 
But unfortunatly they are prohibited in Canada & other locals!
So a manual version is all we can hope to own.

I never complained that there were not any Spyderco autos. In fact, even if I lived somewhere where they were legal, I wouldn't carry one for serious use. They are too slow. A Waved Spyderco beats ANY auto anytime. Nothing is faster than a Wave. Waves are legal and they never go off in your pocket.
 
I've been away for awhile...does this mean the dual action samaritan is on the way officially? If so....I've found the next one.
