Any Powerlock with no scissors?

Simple question and hoping someone knows the answer.

Were there ever any models of the Powerlock that came with no scissors?

Yes.

But it is also really simple to add and remove tools from that MT...

Yes, you can get it with either scissors or a V cutter. SOG also lets you customize the tool with the tools you like.
