Any reason to not get an AD20.5 in 3v?

I don’t have a knife in 3v yet. But I also live in a very hot climate where I sweat half the year.

Does Demko 3v have any additional corrosion resistance vs D2? Is there any reason to not get the cool looking tanto that I don’t already have?

Yeah, I'd say 3V is a little better than D2 at corrosion resistance but I always keep a super light coating of Weapon Shield CLP on mine just for piece of mind. If corrosion protection is your priority, you might want to step up to something in Magnacut maybe?

Got it and I absolutely love the color of the scales as well as tanto blade profile. Sharp as heck and solid lock up. Only gripe is the G10 is insanely grippy much more than the 20CV version I have and far beyond Emerson. Hit it with 1000 grit sandpaper to nock a tiny bit off.

Congrats!! Yes, the AD20.5's do seem to have a "grittier" Feel to the G10. I kind of like it as well...it helps my big mitts hang on the the smaller knife better! There are a ton of aftermarket scales for that knife though if you ever wish to change it up.
