Any recommendations for someone who can stonewash a blade?

I recently acquired a hea designs equilibrium and the knife is pretty much perfect except for one thing. That one thing is the bead blast finish. I cannot stop it from rusting no matter what I do. I have tried both lube and hcdi solution both worked with little to no effect. So that's why I am here today is there anybody who could stonewash the blade and preferably also sharpen it too?
