I'm starting to save up for a new knife, specifically a Japanese style/Hitachi steel fixed blade between 3" and 7". Or if anyone knows of any good Hitachi steel folders ( I've never seen one before that wasn't a small friction folder and frankly I find friction folders to be novelties). I don't want to spend more than $120.

Spyderco makes several models that feature Hitachi steels such as ZDP-189 and Aogami Super Blue like the ...

Delica (2.88"), Caly (3"), Mule (3.3"), Caly 3.5 (3.5"), Stretch (3.5"), Endura (3.8")

... to name a few off the top of my head.

Most of the SB models have been discontinued and some might be hard to find under $120.
