any Shirogorov 95t experts can explain to me what the difference is between the old and new model?

To my understanding, the new model uses a new triple bearing system where as the old model only uses a single one? is that why the price difference between them are around $300 ($800 vs $1100)? and is that basically the only difference between the old and new model?

when did this old/new model transition happen? In my research it seems like late 2016?

and finally im guessing this one listed below is the new model right?

The members in this thread will be able to answer your questions. Don't know about the bearings. From what I understand, there is a rating system with each knife.
One to three bears, three bears being the best. The new models like the one you linked, has a blasted finish. Older models do not, they're smooth. That's all I know.

-The model on Recon1's site is the latest version (I just received one from them)
-This change happened around February 2017
-Interior milling (weight reduction)
-Updated blade grind (old was full flat)
-Updated gimping (more pronounced)
-Updated to MRBS (earlier versions had washers)
-Updated rougher tumbled finish (better at hiding scratches)
