Any stories of Emerson Knives in survival/rescue?

Emerson is one of my favorite knife manufacturers (along with Spyderco, Benchmade, Victorinox, CRKT, etc.). Just wanting to know of any accounts among forum members of Emerson Knives in tough survival or rescue situations.
