A nice little FB from Timberline. It's only AUS-6 but it's not a knife meant for a lot of hard work. Even comes a kydex sheath and I like mine for certain situations.

I drilled some holes in the sheath and added a TekLok at an angle. I can draw the knife into Pikal grip (icepick with edge in) in just a fraction of a second.

I don't know your actual needs but an alternative might be the CRKT M-16-01K. While it officially is a folder, it has the LAWKS locking system which essentially turns the knife into a fixed blade (not really as stong but close). Your needs may have to do with access time or some other reason so this might not work. Just an idea.
