Any Texas Busse Owners???

I've been emailing Dwayne up and back a bit. Found out I've been driving past him place for years and only live 2 miles away it!!! Guess I'm doomed once I go meet him!

Great to hear from all the other Texans. I'm a transplant. Been here for almost 9 years now. Wife just retired from the Air Force and I think we're here for good! This site seems awesome and ever since I found it and found out about Busses' I've been hooked!!!

Jason come home!

I'm north of Houston, so a pretty good haul from San Antonio, but do get over that way occassionally (so let me know if there's some particular models of Busse you'd like to see.)

Be VERY careful if you go to see Dwayne (Leatherman). After my trip to his shop I found myself taking up leatherworking AND searching for old straight handle Busses --- been broke ever since :grumpy: :D

A lurker comes out of the shadows. :p Welcome to BladeForums! If you have been lurking here, you know that we're a fun bunch, so join in more often.

How long of an EDC do you prefer, and we can help with what model you should look for. You could start your own thread, asking for advice. Are you close to any of the folk who have posted here? Maybe you could meet someone to fon...I mean, handle their Busses.

Thanks for the welcome! I just realized I have been a member since '06 and just made my first post(WTFO). I signed up then while researching a few folders.

Havent been on the sight in years. Just figured that since I cant find any reloading supplies for my USPSA shooting addiction that I'd add to my meager collection of knives.

I found out about Busse while researching Strider....glad I found you guys. I did order a Strider HT before i found out about the miracle blades of Busse and their incredible INFI steel. Looking for an EDC of about 5" and like the SAR4, which i will order from BCS when the non LE version comes out. To tide me over till then, i ordered a NMSFNO on Monday. Hopefully it will be here this week. These will be the first of many.

Once again, thanks for the welcome.
