Any thoughts on Buck 183 Alpha Crosslock and is it the knife for me?

Hey guys, I couldn't find too much detailed information about the newest version of the Buck 183 Alpha Crosslock. I hope this is the right place to ask for some opinions.

I have had a Victorinox Tourist for about a decade and want something different. Recently I tried whittling for the first time and the Vic feels great on some thin sticks that I've found around the local parks, but I don't want to destroy it cutting through branches that are about wrist wide. As I only study for a master's degree in Sweden (I'm from Bulgaria, but plan on staying) I don't have a lot of tools here, so when I found the Buck Alpha Crosslock I got interested in the blade and saw combo.

Basically I'm looking for a semi-EDC folding knife that can be used for rough whittling from time to time, any other daily cutting task and the occasional walk in the forest. I don't plan on cutting living branches with the saw - only ones that have fallen down and I'm not a hunter, so won't be using it on game as well.

Do you think the Crosslock will be a good fit for what I want and what do you think about the knife in general?
